ProRower H20 RX-750 Rowing Machine Review

The ProRower H20 RX-750 Home Series Rowing Machine is a cheap alternative to the original water rower, and provides you with an excellent work-out. If you’ve never rowed before we wouldn’t suggest the purchase of such a specific work-out machine, but if you’re a crew enthusiast this is surely the best machine for your buck.

The RX-750 utilizes an innovative Hydro-Power Drive system that imitates the dynamics of actual rowing. A polycarbonate water tank with an internal paddle system placed by your feet provide you with a shockingly realistic rowing experience. The water acts as the main resistance within this system, therefore the speed of your row will affect your overall workout. This machine, because it utilizes actual water, is far smoother in functionality than most rowing machines with an on-the-water experience that sounds just like you’re really whipping across the waves.

This unit comes complete with an oversized display panel to track exercise time, distance, 500 meter split time, strokes per minute, calories burned, and heart rate. The footrests are easy-to-adjust and pivot with sizes large and small enough to accommodate your entire family. The RX-750 has a maximum weight cap of 350 pounds, and the unit itself weighs 65 pounds and carries a lifetime warranty on the frame.

This machine is surely not for the budding rowing enthusiast, but for serious fitness trainers. The price is not conducive to purchasing for just another machine to add to the weight room.
