Total Gym 1100 Review
The Total Gym 1100 sounds bland, and it is rather bland. A sort of bulky device that doesn’t have its own charm yet is touted as a replacement to a gym. Which depending on your layout you’d either need a room to dedicate to this hulking beast, or have your loft decorated in the creepy-murderer-who-stays-fit motif, either way it’s really not replacing a gym. But it’s still a really good piece of equipment.
The Total Gym 1100 features an ergonomic glide board with handles and the unit counterbalances percentage of body weight against gravity for a smooth resistance. The Total Gym 1100 works your upper body, lower body, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular system with ease and offers 60 different exercies to provide you with a great, easy workout. While the manufacturer will try to trick you into believing this Shrek of a unit will fold away nicely into a closet, unless that closet is a small room, you’ll have trouble truly tucking this thing way.
The Total Gym 1100 is designed to last, but is also very ugly. The reality of folding the unit away is slim to none, but you’ll get a great body from the constant reminder the ugly unit provides in the middle of your den.
