Yowza Juno Treadmill Review

Yowza Fitness specialize in making quality fitness equipment that provides all the features you need to achieve and maintain fitness in the home. Whether your aim is weight loss or to run indoors away from the cold Yowza Fitness treadmills could be the answer. The Juno treadmill represents the entry level for Yowza but is comparable to most intermediate treadmills with the benefits that come with it.

The speed rises to a maximum of 10 mph, this is a very fast run when you consider jogging is around 6 to 7 mph. The incline goes up to 15%. These give the possibility of a very varied run from a gentle hilly jog to a sprint. This is powered by the continuous duty motor which is designed to comfortably power these functions. The deck is separated from the frame and “floats” so the treadmill suffers no vibration when in use.

The workout programs are a real feature on this treadmill as they are with all Yowza Fitness equipment. There are 15 programs with many having further intensity levels so beginners and experienced runners can still get a good workout with the same program. They range from fat burning programs to interval and stamina training and more catering to a variety of fitness aims.

In the handlebars are pulse rate grips which read your heart rate which is displayed on the LCD display. The heart rate program uses this reading and adjusts the incline to keep your heart rate at the optimum level. This has the potential to help you achieve excellent results for the effort you put in. There’s also a fitness test that gives you a score using the heart rate grips measuring your body as it recovers from exercise.

The Juno also comes with the little touches you need in a treadmill like a water bottle holder and a sound system with speakers and MP3 docking station. It can take a user weight of up to 300 lbs so it’s built to last using high grade materials and components. If you’re looking for an in home treadmill that’s capable of providing all your exercise needs then the Yowza Juno is a great one to consider.
