The Product: Griddle Review
A griddle pan is a great option for the big family breakfast or to use for items you would normally grill outside such as burgers, hot dogs, etc.

Recommendation: All-Clad LTD Nonstick Grande Griddle
Unlike many griddle pans which are designed to use a single burner, the All Clad Grande Griddle extends over both the front and back burner of your gas/electric stove. This gives you a large, flat cooking surface which is perfect for all of your breakfast favorites including pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, etc.. The best part about using a big griddle pan is that it allows you to be able to cook all your food at once so there is only one pan to clean at the end. Cleaning is also made easier thanks to the professional grade nonstick surface. The large stainless steel handles stay cool and make the griddle easy to maneuver. In addition, the Grande Griddle has a channel around the perimeter to drain off fat and juices when grilling meats.

All Clad makes quality products which are backed with a lifetime guarantee. There are cheaper griddle pans out there, but they aren’t likely to last as long or distribute heat as evenly, which is important for a griddle that will be stretched across two heat sources.

Devil’s Advocate:
Many griddle pans have a textured or ribbed surface instead of a flat surface and some pans have both and are reversible. If having grill marks on your food is important to you, then you may not be a fan of this model. Just remember that reversible griddles have no handles, so you either have to serve from the stove or use a pot holder to move the pan while it is still hot.

The Oki C5500n is a network-ready, color laser printer that's geared for small work groups and home users with high volume-printing needs. Its $630 price is a bit steep, especially considering it doesn't have a built-in duplexer or an automatic document feeder. It's fast with all printing tasks, how...
