ProForm 790 E Elliptical Review

ProForm are a recognized name in the fitness equipment industry, they were the first to build the innovative space saver treadmills. Today they lead with the latest technological advances and equipment designs. The 790 E elliptical uses their research in better body shaping results with the 35 degree power intensity ramp which you’ll only find in certain ProForm equipment included here.

It comes with 20 levels of digital resistance which caters to beginners and advanced elliptical users alike. The low levels are good for a warm up or a beginner can get a gentle ride. The higher levels can give a hard calorie burn or an uphill challenge for an experienced user. These are easily selectable from the console or can be adjusted as part of a workout program.

There are 24 workout programs with a specialty for this elliptical and it has 6 weight loss programs. These are designed to help you lose the most amount of weight for the effort you put in. As you progress you can raise the intensity to keep losing weight as desired until you reach your weight loss goal. For those who want regular there are 18 others which can help you achieve a variety of results.

As with most ProForm fitness equipment iFit workout card technology is included with the 790 E elliptical. This gives you the capability of having 8 weeks of personal trainer workouts using the card reader in the elliptical. This has a personal trainer’s voice taking you through each workout guiding and encouraging you as you go. They come in weight loss, wellness, performance and more.

A nice touch is the workout fan which gives you a cool breeze as you ride. The ipod music port allows you to connect your ipod to hear your favorite workout music. The large clear display gives you detailed workout information including your heart rate using the inbuilt sensors in the handlebars. Overall the ProForm 790 E elliptical is a formidable piece of equipment that will enable anyone to get a great workout.
