    Reebok RL 1500 Elliptical Review

    Reebok have become a famous brand for their sports wear especially sneakers. But this is one of their high end ellipticals which they take as much care of the manufacture as they do their sneakers. It’s a solid elliptical with many workout features to help you get the most out of in home fitness. It should replace the visit to the local gym totally for a convenient workout in the home.

    The 12 levels of resistance are more than enough for all fitness levels and are spaced out well. The low levels are ideal for beginners, long duration or weight loss workouts. The higher levels are a tough ride that will build shape and tone muscle. The levels are easily chosen on the console as each is given a button so you can go directly to the level of your choice.

    There are 12 personal trainer workouts. These are displayed on the console as a diagram on the button and all 12 are displayed. This means you can easily identify the one you want and go directly to it. They’re divided into aerobic, weight loss and performance and are designed to give maximum results depending on the workout chosen. They also get harder as you progress so they can stay with you as your fitness improves.

    There are 2 heart rate programs. These are used with the heart rate sensors in the handlebars. As you ride the resistance changes to keep your heart are at the optimum level. This is displayed on the console and is a very effective way of working out. If you want to get the most from your workouts in the smallest amount of time these heart rate programs are the ones for you.

    For weight loss workouts there’s the option of choosing a number of calories to burn and the machine tracks your progress to your target number. As you workout there are 2 workout fans which give you a comfortable breeze. Overall the Reebok RL 1500 elliptical with it’s many features and strong build makes an excellent choice for in home fitness for the whole family.
