The TT8’s speed and incline can be set manually at a touch of a button or alternatively there are 6 workout programs to choose from and you can customize 2 of them. They range from fat burning to peak and valley and more. These adjust the levels to a predefined course so you can vary your runs. The levels can be adjusted yourself using the console buttons or those on the hand rail.

Included is a heart rate chest strap which will show your heart rate on the console that can be viewed as a graph and is 99% accurate.
