Sole F83 Treadmill review

The Sole F83 is like the folding version of the treadmills that you can find in the fitness rooms of hotels of the Hilton Group which uses only Sole treadmills. Many features of treadmills you find in fitness rooms and centers across America are incorporated in the F83. Being capable of folding it’s ideal for use in the home or anywhere space is at a premium.

The F83 treadmill comes with 6 workout programs from fat burning to peak and valley, hill work. Of course you can always just set your own speed and incline and change the settings as you go for a manual run without using the workout programs. The incline goes up to 15% and is electronically powered at the touch of a button or automatic with the hill program.

The extras you’d find on a commercial treadmill are included here. There are cooling fans to blow a gentle breeze on you during your workout. There’s an mp3 station to have your own choice of motivating music while you workout. The F83 features a whisper quiet smooth running deck so you’ll have no problem hearing it. There’s a water bottle holder conveniently positioned for easy access while you run.

There’s a heart rate chest strap included with the treadmill that gives 99% accuracy on your heart rate which can be viewed as a moving graph on the clear matrix display. You can also run to a predetermined heart rate where the treadmill will automatically adjusts the incline to keep your heart rate at the desired level. This is an exceptional feature for those who want to get the most from their runs for maximum health and fitness at any age.

The Sole F83 treadmill is built using the highest grade steels and manufacturing processes and you should get years of use from it. The motor is large and even the rollers are larger so less rotations occur which further extends the life of the treadmill. A great asset is the warranty which offers a fantastic level of protection in that you have 2 years of in home labor as well as parts. Overall the F83 is a well featured, sturdily built, popular treadmill that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.
