Sole E55 Elliptical Trainer Review

The Sole E55 is very like the ellipticals you’ll find in your local fitness club. What’s great is that many features you enjoy in your local center you’ll find here and all in the convenience of your own home. The trainer doesn’t take up too much room (dimensions below) and will give you a great workout.

The flywheel which is what you workout with is 27″ which is larger than the other Sole ellipticals, this is a good thing as it requires less rotations as you workout which means it will last longer. You’ll also find the ride incredibly smooth using the pedals alone or with the handle bars for a total body workout.

The 20 levels of resistance are designed so that a beginner could be at the lowest level and comfortably ride and still feel the workout afterwards. The levels then have a smooth gradual increase in resistance as you change the levels. The resistance at the upper levels will really make you work and will be ideal for toning or experienced elliptical users.

For those who like a variety in their workouts there are 10 workout programs which 2 can be user defined so you can custom your workout. There’s an incline of up to 40 degrees changeable at the touch of the button or within the workout program. The heart rate program monitors your heart rate using the strap which is included with the trainer for very accurate heart rate readouts.

The machine has the fitness club features like a cooling fan, mp3 station, water bottle holder and room to hang a towel to wipe yourself down during those challenging workouts. Overall this trainer is pretty faultless, it’s built well and sturdy, it can take the punishment and should give you years of workout use.

The full-size luxury-car segment is a ship constantly steered by a new captain. Indeed, whenever one of the usual suspects—Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, or Audi—releases a new model, it seems the current favorite then drops to second place. The BMW 7-series recently pulled off this feat, topping the ...

These days, it seems new designs are increasingly rare in the modern watch world as so many new watches share major design elements with watches we've seen in the past. How many different brand names have you seen that fundamentally look like a Rolex Submariner? Halios is looking to shake this deriv...

2009 Tesla Roadster - Road Test

July 8, 2010 | Featured Articles, Sports and Recreation | 1 Comment

Always leave space in your life for objects that bring out your inner child. We think Maharishi Mahesh Yogi said that, right before inventing the yoga moves needed to get in and out of a Tesla. Whatever design anomalies, daily annoyances, absurd ergonomics, and ridiculous economics underlie Tesla...
