Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer Review

Elliptical trainers are now common in fitness centers across America and the home versions never really came up to par, until now. This Sole elliptical trainer takes all the features you get from a commercial trainer and brings them into your home. What’s more it’s the lowest priced elliptical from Sole but is still built to their high standards.

You workout by powering the large flywheel at the front of the machine, this is larger than most trainers and has a high gear ratio which means the motion is very smooth and quiet with plenty of resistance at the high end for those who want a tough workout. The 20 levels of resistance mean that beginners can have a gentle or non existent resistance so any fitness level can workout on this machine. You can up the resistance as fitness improves.

The machine has a range of workout programs from fat burning to hills and there is a manual incline which means you’ll always stay motivated. Motivation is helped further using the built in mp3 speakers to play some inspirational music. Built in cooling fans keep you cool while exercising so you avoid that uncomfortable, hot, sweaty feeling.

The console gives you a variety of information on your workout from time, distance, calories burned and more. All providing that bit of further confirmation that your exercise is doing you good and to keep track of how long you’ve been doing it for. The handle bars have built in sensors so you can monitor your heart rate. Overall for a good effective workout whether it’s for weight loss or fitness health this machine performs over and above expectations.

There are a few things missing on the Apple iPad and one of them is a keyboard.   I know, I know there is a virtual keyboard, but some folks are just old fashioned and I'm one of them.  I love having a keyboard that I can actually feel the buttons on.  Another good reason to have a keyboard is t...
