Ab Chair Review

by The Review CrewAugust 3, 2010

Now that the Ab Lounge has sold over 4 million units and is making its’ manufacturer Fitness Quest piles of money, it was only a matter of time until it was knocked off – enter the Ab Chair.

The Ab Chair makes some pretty bold claims. It says it’s easy to get great abs, it’s better than the Ab Lounge XL and even has a bicycle attachment for cardio…

Ab Chair Manufacturer Claims:

“With the Ab Chair Deluxe™, you can transform flabby abs into sexy swimsuit abs in just minutes a day, unlike other ab machines such as the Ab Lounge or Ab Lounger, which take a longer time to give you the sexy abs you’ve always wanted..

The advanced “crunch” system behind the revolutionary Ab Chair Deluxe™ works your abdominal muscles with a fuller range of motion than traditional crunches, sit-ups, or other ab machines like the Ab Lounge or Ab Lounger can provide, with less strain on your back and neck.”

Are you freakin’ kidding me with these bogus claims? I’ll tell you this, the Ab Lounge is a piece of junk (although you wouldn’t know it by how many desperate people bought one) so when I see a copy cat machine like the Ab Chair I want to barf.

A bicycle attachment on an ab machine? Yes you read right, they’re so desperate to sell them they’re trying to fool you into believing this is a good idea (I would call it a solution in search of a problem myself).

If you’re a glutton for punishment and want to waste your money, by all means get an Ab Chair. When you get serious about getting in shape and are willing to put some effort into the process read my review of the best ab machine here.
