Maclaren Techno XT Toddler Buggy Review

The Maclaren Techno XT Toddler Buggy is a well constructed t0ddler stroller that is surprising affordable.  In fact, the simple fact is you and your child can really put a beating on it and the Maclaren Techno XT will keep providing your child an out of the box riding experience.

The toddler buggy is good from Birth to 55 pounds (15kg).  It has four recline positions. 

Opening it up takes just a moment, and you can be ready to put your child in the stroller in less than 30 seconds.

The warranty is a standard 1 year warranty on parts and labor for reasonable use.  They have a sovereign warranty program that seems a bit more like a marketing thing then anything else.  It is basically the same thing as the standard warranty except it is for a “lifetime”.  However, they clearly state that it does not cover 2nd use, so it will only be covered for the duration your initial child used the stroller, and if you should happen to have another child you will need to get another Maclaren should your first stroller fail.

We feel that’s fair, the usage of the word Sovereign is a pretty brilliant marketing tactic that makes you feel like no matter what happens it will be covered.  We’re not sure we care for that.  However, the warranty is pretty straight forward, written in plain english (and other languages for that matter) and spells out the specifics without the need for a JD in law.  At this price point the warranty is absolutely fair.  We’re giving the Maclaren Techno XT Toddler Buggy 4 outo f 5 stars.  It’s an excellent buggy, offered at a reasonable price.   We have staff members here who have used a single Maclaren stroller for 3 of their children without a single issue.
