Char-Broil Big Easy Smoker Review

by The Review CrewApril 3, 2011

Patio cooking has never been easier. Any number of appliances are available that are designed to bring food and the great outdoors (or at least the back yard) together. It’s no longer simply a matter of burgers and hot dogs when considering cooking out of doors. Now choices exist where anyone with the inclination could get an outdoor smoker, or roaster, or a grill. Or one appliance that does all of the above.

The Char-Broil Big Easy Smoker, Roaster and Grill is a combination propane-powered appliance that takes the versatility of the kitchen and sets it free. The vertically-oriented machine features a deep cooking chamber that can hold multiple items for roasting or smoking, while the open top allows for traditional grilling. A fully enclosed specially-designed propane burner rests in between the inner and outer wall of the cooker, providing infrared heating for efficient cooking.

Through a variety of accessories the multicooker provides you with the capability to create distinctly different meals with one device. A roasting basket (with lifting hook) provides ample room in the three-foot tall appliance while a stainless steel smoker box extends capability by letting you flavor food with either wood chips or pellets. With the inclusion of a grilling grate to top it all off, the multicooker not only has the capability to create a wide variety of recipes, but it also makes it easy for those times when all you want is a burger or a hot dog.
