Harbor Sweets Chocolate Candy – Review

I got a letter from Maryanne Keeney along with a submission for our 2013 Valentine’s Day Gift List from the Harbor Sweets Company of Salem, Massachusetts.  In the letter it introduced two products and a wonderful description about Harbor Sweets.

The first product is called the “I Love You Box” and it is clearly a perfect gift for your sweetheart on Valentine’s day or any other special occasion.  It contains two dozen Harbor Sweets delicious iconic Sweet Sloops.  These are yummy almond butter crunch shaped sailboats with white chocolate covered jibs floating in dark chocolate.  Harbor Sweets sells them for $24.95.

When we opened this box and passed it around our staff the unanimous opinion was that they it was a near perfect almond butter crunch and the only thing anyone wished for was more…

The second product is called the Coco Passion Heart and is a brown trim heart box with an assortment of Harbor Sweets’ popular dark and milk chocolate classics in a range of tantalizing flavors including Sweet Slops, Sand Dollars, Sweet Shells, and Marblehead Mints.  3 Dozen in total.  These were passed around as well and were consumed in equal haste and with the same wish that there were more
