Reprint Rights, Terms and Conditions of Use:
Reprint rights to non-profit organizations may be granted upon written request to Random Publishing, Inc. (subject to approval and posible fee (on a case by case basis)). Reprints to commercial organizations such as manufacturers, dealers, retailers, audio review periodicals and online websites maybe granted at a nominal cost. Partial reprints and quotes may be granted to non-profit corporations or online review sites upon written request and approval by the Random Publishing, Inc. staff. If you are interested in publishing a Random Publishing, Inc. article in your magazine, newsletter, or online website, please contact us. You can avoid these fees by simply linking to the article on our website. We encourage you to do this.
General Copyright Information
All published work, regardless of the medium in which it was published, is considered by law to be copyrighted. It is important that all such articles and references to them be attributed to the author and source
Reprint Rights
Typically, the Author’s name and the copyright date (of review, composition, article, or publication) will appear at the top of the work, just below the article title. It may or may not specifically state “Copyright” or ” © “, but the rights of RANDOM PUBLISHING, INC. are preserved under existing U.S. and International copyright laws. On newly reformatted pages, the author’s name and the date the article was first written, or published online, and the date of any significant revisions to it, will be shown. In addition, a general copyright notice is present at the bottom of all website pages.

AWARD LOGO USAGE RIGHTS
If your company, product, or service receives an award from us your company has to obtain a licensing agreement with us in order to display, use or reference the award logo in any public forum or advertising campaign. Furthermore, rights to use, or display this award are based on the following conditions:
1) The award links back to the article it was given in.
2) The award is not associated with a DIFFERENT product version, newer product, upgraded product.
3) The award is not displayed for more than 1 year after the award was given.
4) If you sent the product we reviewed to our team this license is free of charge. If you did not send us the sample then there will be a $20,000 USD fee for this license.
5) At all times there is a $5,000 USD monitoring charge passed on to you (prior to your use of our award materials). This fee is to cover the monitoring service used to make sure our licensee’s are in compliance.

**PLEASE NOTE AS OF 1/1/13 We will be charging a $15,000 USD fee for licensing on all broadcast tv, and internet video commercials regardless of your participation with our program. If you are a company planning on doing video commercials and you have received an award prior to 1/1/13 you will want to handle your licensing prior to 1/1/13 to save yourself an additional $15,000.
