Think you don't have time to serve up delicious, healthy meals at home?

Well, think again.

The Sunbeam Rocket Grill (and that's rocket as in super-fast) can grill just about anything fresh or frozen in 3 to 12 minutes as we discovered when we put our sample unit to the test.

That's less time than you'd wait in line at some fast food restaurant drive-thrus!

But speed isn't the only thing that we found makes the Rocket Grill a great product. Sure, it cooks food quickly, which is important for overscheduled families and professionals. But it also serves up delicious low-fat foods without leaving a huge mess to clean up afterward.

That's because Sunbeam designed the Rocket Grill to use parchment pouches. You put your food in the parchment pouch, which retains moisture as it cooks while channeling fat away from the food to a separate reservoir in the pouch. This cuts the fat content of the cooked foods by as much as a third.

Our favorite thing about the parchment pouches is the fact that the clean-up is so fast. Because the food never touches the grill, you just toss the pouch in the garbage once you've removed your food. No muss, no fuss, no trying to clean grease out of ever nook and cranny on the grill like with some other electric grills.

If you're like us, you have so many things going on in the morning that taking something out of the freezer for dinner is the last thing on your mind. Which brings us to another point that we love about the Rocket Grill: It can grill frozen foods.

It'll take a couple extra minutes to cook frozen foods, but it is still miles more convenient than thawing something out in the microwave and cooking it in the standard oven. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize home cooking is a heck of a lot cheaper and healthier than ordering out.
