Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Reviewboard or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Reviewboard provides consumer reviews, news, safety and recall context, owner feedback, price context, and related account features. Information may change and is provided for general informational purposes; verify material purchase, safety, legal, financial, and medical decisions with authoritative sources.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use automated access contrary to published technical controls or applicable law.

Prices, offers, and third parties

Prices and offers can expire or differ by location. Merchants and other third parties are responsible for their own products, fulfillment, terms, and approved commercial copy. Reviewboard editorial findings are independent of advertising and partner relationships.

Content and intellectual property

Reviewboard and its licensors retain their rights in the service and published material. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal use, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new English version date. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here, and Reviewboard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
